Club Campestre San Jose
Nestled in the Sierra de la Laguna foothills, Club Campestre is a 550-acre master-planned community located only 15 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport and just five minutes from downtown San Jose del Cabo. The Nicklaus Design course is the center of this stunning landscape.
Players will enjoy the verdant fairways and breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortes. The course also features vast waste areas, large bunkers, and sinuous arroyos that require precise shots. The true heart of the course, however, is the undulating, multi-tiered greens. They are some of the most generously contoured putting surfaces in Los Cabos.
A number of holes will test even the most seasoned of golfers. The risk-reward par-5 7th hole is a double-dogleg that leads to a well-bunkered peninsula green. Meanwhile, the par-3 11th hole stretches to 216 yards and features a large green with false fronts on all sides.
The picturesque back nine ascends to higher ground, affording players spectacular views of the surrounding area. At the par-5 13th hole, players must navigate past three cross bunkers to reach the landing area. Lastly, the par-4 18th hole drops to a dished-out fairway, bisected by a long, multi-lobed waste bunker, and plays to a well-defended green backdropped by the Sea of Cortes.
