We obtain information about you when you join The Lennox Club, express an interest in our businesses, such as joining the Club or utilise our services as a member, or as a guest of a member or the Club.

The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address and information relevant to providing you services from our Club, for example, golf handicap or shirt size. If you make a purchase from us, such as a membership, annual due, event or vacation / trip your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions who are PCI compliant and follow the appropriate GDPR regulations in the EU.

How is your information used?

We may use your information to: process a Club membership, Annual Due, event products or such that you have purchased; process requests that you have submitted; to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you and us; seek your views or comments on the services we provide; notify you of changes to our services; send you communications which you have requested or that may be of interest to you. These may include information about events, promotions of our associated partners goods and services; process a job application. We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. When you are using our secure online payment services, your payment is processed by a third party payment processor, who specialises in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.
